Custom Orders

Yes! Email us at duds@elisabethan.com for info about incorporating your tees or sweaters into our designs. We charge a 25% custom fee.

Alterations

Minor alterations of Elisabethan wares can be made for a flat rate of $20. This price includes shipping the completed item back to you. More complex alterations are made at the rate of $40 per hour.

Exchanges

We want you to love what you get!
Should your selections not be what you expected, return it within 21 days of purchase. It may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

(Wholesale accounts need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to make exchanges.)

Clothing Care

At Elisabethan, we strive to construct clothing that is user-friendly and long-lasting. Most items are machine wash cold. And we always recommend line dry. We launder all the clothing we use for raw materials before we work with them.
