This weekend it’s SCOTTSDALE, BOOTH #99… though if we’d known, maybe we’d have asked to set up in the HAPPY RAINBOW BOUNCE HOUSE…
Miss Kitty oversees the laundering of all the raw materials collected along I-70.
After everything is laundered, Sara & the Cutting Crew (no, not the 80s band — OUR cutting crew) turn the piles of t-shirts into perfect precise pieces for our original patterns—in this case the POCKET TUNIC.
Then to the Combining Table, where each piece’s placement is individually chosen…
We wrapped things up at the ACC Show in Baltimore, and we (well, I) had a great trip across the country along Interstate I-70 — including stops at Goodwill in Zanesville, OH, The Salvation Army in Salina, KS, and the Goodwill Outlet Store in Denver… love those thrift store rest stops, but it sure is great to be back in the mountains of western Colorado!
