Because of the nature of our recycled raw materials, each of our goodies is one of a kind. When ordering, choose style, size and color palette. While the colors of your piece won’t be exactly the same as those in the picture, they will be in the same spirit. If you are at all dissatisfied, contact us right away.

Exchanges

We want you to love what you get! Should your selections not be what you expected, return it within 21 days of purchase. It may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Wholesale accounts have specific contractual agreements (fancy talk for different rules may apply).

Clothing Care

At Elisabethan, we strive to construct clothing that is user-friendly. Most items are machine wash cold. The clothes are sewn for the long haul; this will be even longer if you line dry them. Occasionally, fabrics and detailing will cause us to recommend hand washing or dry cleaning.
